Introduction

　　As a training base for specialized nurses in sterilization and supply in Guangdong Province, the center has trained 24 specialized nurses over multiple sessions. The base adopts a multi-module, comprehensive teaching approach, focusing on enhancing practical skills and establishing a high-standard training platform for specialized nursing professionals.

　　The centralized reprocessing center for flexible endoscopes spans 300 square meters, divided into:

　　•Inspection and packaging area

　　•Sterile storage and distribution area

　　Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including the latest air purification systems and fully automated washing and disinfection machines, the center follows 7S lean management principles, ensuring visualized and standardized operations. It is also recognized as the first centralized sterilization and supply center in China with independent operational zones for handling flexible endoscopes.
